Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer to join our team. The role is primarily field-based and involves meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers daily
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with office staff for smooth order processing
• Submit daily activity reports and market feedback
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets

• Must have: Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel regularly within Multan and surrounding areas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to maintain accurate daily reporting and follow-up records
• Approximately 80% field work and 20% office/reporting work
• Regular customer visits and active market engagement
• Self-motivated, hardworking, target-driven, honest and responsible
• Previous sales or field marketing experience is an advantage
