- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Stable internet and laptop/headset setup
Preferred
- Experience in freight brokerage, truck dispatch, logistics sales, or BPO sales
- Basic understanding of US trucking/logistics industry
