- Generate leads through cold calling, social media, load boards, and online platforms
- Explain dispatch services professionally
- Build long-term relationships with carriers
- Follow up with potential clients consistently
- Maintain lead records and updates
- Coordinate with dispatch team after onboarding
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in truck dispatch sales, freight brokerage, or trucking industry preferred
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
- Basic understanding of DAT, TruckStop, or trucking operations is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Stable internet and laptop/headset setup
- Compensation: Base salary + commission OR commission-based (depending on experience)
