FX Sales Retention Agent (Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin or Korean)

Job Description : • Responsibilities Promote the company’s FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets Job Specification : • Requirements / Must-have skills Native or fluent in Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin or Korean (spoken and written) Previous experience in FX & CFD industry (mandatory) Prior experience in a retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Target-driven experience in a fast-paced environment Strong numerical and analytical thinking Computer literate with CRM and office tools experience Experience working with international brokerage teams Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment Job Rewards and Benefits : Accomodation,Health Insurance,Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Life Insurance,Medical,Sports and Entertainment,Transport
