Remote Assistant

Job Description: Mobile Zone is seeking a diligent Remote Assistant to support store monitoring and customer communications from a remote setting.

The Remote Assistant will:

• Monitor store data and performance metrics and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage and update customer information using CRM software
• Perform accurate and timely data entry related to store operations and customer interactions
• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and resolve routine queries
• Maintain organized records using Google Sheets and other digital tools
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide appropriate support or referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams to relay store status or customer feedback
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and company data
• Support various administrative tasks as assigned
• Adapt to evolving company policies and procedures to improve remote work efficiency

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Must-have: Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Must-have: Basic proficiency with Google Sheets
• Must-have: Experience with CRM tools (data entry, customer record management)
