Position summary:
We are looking for an experienced eBay Dropshipping Specialist to manage and grow UK marketplace operations. The role includes product research, listing optimization, order processing, customer support, and managing e-commerce stores across eBay, Shopify, and Etsy.
Key responsibilities:
- Source products from AliExpress and manage supplier relationships
- Conduct product research and product-hunting using relevant tools
- Create and optimize eBay listings for the UK marketplace (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Process orders and coordinate fulfillment with suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Ensure compliance with UK eBay marketplace policies
- Monitor listings, pricing, and stock; troubleshoot order or shipping issues
- Support multi-platform store management (eBay, Shopify, Etsy)
- Experience with eBay dropshipping
- Knowledge of AliExpress sourcing and order fulfillment
- Understanding of UK eBay marketplace policies
- Experience with product-hunting tools and SEO optimization for listings
- Good communication and customer support skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have:
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and Etsy
