Cold Calling / Customer Representative Officer (UK Campaign)

Overview:

• Handle outbound calls for a UK campaign to engage potential customers and generate leads.
• Present company services clearly and professionally and qualify leads for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate call records and update campaign information.
• Work with the team lead to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Address customer queries and objections and perform follow-up communication as required.
• Support campaign reporting by sharing call outcomes and customer responses.
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards; maintain punctuality and professionalism during shifts.

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction; clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic sales, lead generation, or customer service understanding.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call records.

• Prior call center, sales, or customer support experience.
