In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls to target audiences in Canada, qualify prospects, and support lead generation campaigns for North American clients. Basic English communication skills and a passion for sales are required. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling global BPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to businesses and consumers in Canada to introduce services and products.
- Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
- Engage prospects effectively, overcome objections, and present value propositions clearly.
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly lead generation quotas.
- Work night or evening shifts consistently to align with Canadian operational hours.
- Matric or Intermediate.
- Basic English speaking skills with clear pronunciation.
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts (Canadian hours).
Preferred
- Prior experience in international call centers (US/Canada outbound campaigns) or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Neutral or North American accent is an advantage but not mandatory.
