Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels
- Present and pitch agency services to potential clients
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals on a commission basis
- Log activities and update CRM; prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs; work rotating/on-rotation shifts
- Coordinate with marketing and account teams for campaign handoff
- Attend remote training and team meetings
Location & Work Mode: Based in Gujar Khan, Pakistan; remote/online position with rotation/shift schedule
Salary: 15,000 - 100,000 PKR (commission-based)Job Specification:
- Must-have: Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive phone presence
- Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and organized; ability to work flexible/rotating shifts
- Prior internship or sales exposure advantageous but not required
- Preferred: Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social, PPC)
