- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, AR and AP records
- Prepare basic financial summaries and month-end schedules
- Assist with payroll data entry and statutory records
- Ensure data accuracy, file organization, and secure backups
- Communicate with team and clients on discrepancies and follow-up tasks
- Adhere to internal controls, deadlines, and confidentiality
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or strong willingness to learn quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC for remote night work
- Time management and discipline for night shift; ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn (training provided)
