The role supports management in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and business decision-making. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.Job Specification:
- Daily accounting operations: supervise bookkeeping, maintain ledgers
- Financial reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and management reports
- Taxation & compliance: prepare and file sales tax, income tax, withholding tax; ensure compliance with FBR and local tax laws
- Accounts management: manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations
- Cash & budgeting: monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts
- Audit & coordination: coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities
- Fixed assets & inventory: maintain fixed asset register and inventory accounting
- Payroll: process payroll and record statutory deductions
- Controls & procedures: develop and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- ERP/accounting systems: assist in ERP/accounting software management and ensure data accuracy
