Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence for medical, dental, and beauty instrument product lines. The role reports to senior management and works closely with product, sales, and design teams in a small, fast-moving operations and sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and industry-appropriate channels to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content calendars including promotional posts, product showcases, educational content, customer testimonials, and compliance-minded messaging.
  • Produce and supervise multimedia content (images, short video, graphics) ensuring product accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to inquiries, moderate comments, escalate inquiries to sales or technical teams as needed, and handle sensitive product discussions professionally.
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns: campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools; translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure communications comply with regulatory and compliance considerations for medical and beauty instruments; work with legal or regulatory teams as required.
  • Coordinate with external designers or in-house teams to maintain brand voice and visual guidelines.
Job Specification: Must-have:

  • 3+ years relevant professional experience in social media management.
  • 1+ year managing social media for B2B or B2C brands.
  • Experience with medical, dental, healthcare, or beauty products preferred.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics.
  • Content creation skills: content calendars, persuasive copywriting, basic photography/video and editing skills.
  • Strong community management and escalation skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory/compliance considerations for medical/beauty communications.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media.
  • Experience working with designers or in a manufacturing/service environment.
