- Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and VoiceXML (VXML) applications.
- Integrate IVR systems with backend CRM databases, web services, and APIs.
- Configure and maintain platforms such as Genesys Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco, or Twilio.
- Apply SIP and VoIP protocol knowledge for telephony solutions.
- Work with SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies to support IVR functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug call flow issues and monitor system performance.
- Must-have: 5+ years' experience developing IVR systems.
- Experience building: IVR call flows, IVR scripts, VoiceXML (VXML) applications.
- Platform experience: Genesys, Avaya, Zoom, Cisco, or Twilio (platform maintenance/configuration).
- Protocols: SIP and VoIP telephony protocols.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, or similar.

- Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and monitoring IVR performance.
