- Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate to develop business and product strategies for growth.
- Coordinate technical activities to ensure customer and project success using in-depth product and system knowledge.
- Analyze solar PV market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop strategies and identify opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand visibility and partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and enforce channel policies for partners and mediate conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Electrical Engineering or related technical field)
- Minimum 3+ years proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry
- Experience with inverters or photovoltaic module products for sales roles (required)
- Business development and strong negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and ability to work in volatile/demanding markets
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proven sales experience in international markets and a global/multicultural mindset
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Team player with proactive, results-oriented attitude
