Job Description: ZANS Trading Pvt. Ltd is seeking experienced Amazon account experts to manage wholesale and private label (PL) operations for clients selling on Amazon Pakistan from our Karachi office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for wholesale and private label businesses, including product launches, catalog management, and lifecycle optimization
  • Create and optimize product listings using keyword research, enhanced content (A+ / EBC), and competitive pricing strategies
  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), promotions, and deals to maximize sales and meet ACoS targets
  • Monitor account health metrics (performance notifications, policy compliance, suppression issues) and resolve escalations with Amazon support
  • Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstock
  • Analyze sales data, conversion funnels, and advertising performance to produce actionable reports and strategic recommendations
  • Implement private label brand protection strategies, including UPC/GTIN management and Brand Registry support where applicable
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and customer support to improve listings and customer experience
Job Specification:
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts for wholesale and private label businesses
  • Amazon listing optimization: titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ Content / EBC
  • Amazon PPC: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; setting bids, budgets, optimizing ACoS
  • Data-driven: sales dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, basic analytics, reporting and forecasting
  • Inventory planning and coordination for FBA/FBM flows
  • Familiarity with Amazon policy enforcement, account health metrics, dispute/escalation processes
  • Product sourcing, cost analysis, margin optimization for private label launches
  • Strong communication for client coordination and cross-team collaboration
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to prioritize multiple accounts
