Role Description
You will be a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist based in Karachi (Innovista Indus, DHA Phase 2). You will own the social media presence for a dedicated account end-to-end, working with content and design teams to produce and publish content daily, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and keep the account active and engaged. Key responsibilities include running paid Meta Ads campaigns (setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization) and supporting Google Ads (PPC) activities under supervision. This is a hands-on execution role focused on organic content creation and Meta Ads management.Job Specification: Must have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing business or brand social media accounts (not personal pages)
- Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns independently, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management in Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in Canva for briefing and producing content
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic analytics
- Ability to write clear, audience-appropriate copy in English
- Strong coordination skills for daily collaboration with teams
Nice to have / Willing to learn
- Willingness to learn Google Ads under supervision
