• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.

• 6-7+ years relevant sales experience in animal health, pets, or related industries.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good technical understanding of the animal health industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
