Role Overview:
- Support growth of wholesale flower business in KSA market.
- Drive daily sales activities, acquire new customers, and support the Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of sales strategies to grow wholesale flower sales in KSA.
- Identify and approach new clients: florists, hotels, event companies, retailers, corporate buyers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and perform timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Travel within KSA for client visits as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale flower or B2B trading.
- Basic knowledge of flowers or floral products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within KSA for client visits.
- Existing network in florists, hotels, or events industry is a plus.
- Valid KSA driving license preferred.
