- Conduct daily market visits to take orders from retailers and traders in assigned Lahore territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, wholesalers, and trade customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly order targets consistently.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper shelving at retail points (merchandising).
- Collect payments and maintain accurate order and collection records.
- Provide daily market feedback and sales reports to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Matriculation; Intermediate preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Order Booker, Sales Executive, or DSR in the FMCG/distribution sector.
- Own motorbike with a valid driving license is required.
- Strong knowledge of Lahore markets and good relationships with retailers and trade customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Hardworking, punctual, and target-oriented.
What We Offer:
- Salary: PKR 40,000 - 75,000 (depending on experience), plus commission and incentives.
