Role Summary:
The BPO Executive / Web Researcher will perform web research, data entry, data processing, scanning and indexing tasks to support client projects. Responsibilities include collecting and validating online information, entering and processing data accurately into client systems, performing quality checks, and following project-specific processes and confidentiality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct web research to gather required information from online sources.
- Accurately enter and process data in client systems or databases.
- Perform scanning, indexing, and document management tasks.
- Follow data quality checks and client-specific SOPs.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
