Point Of Sale Surveillance Auditor

Job Description : Overview Company: Broad Peak Global Services Role Summary The Point of Sale (POS) Surveillance Auditor will monitor and review POS transactions and camera footage to identify anomalies and strengthen internal controls across retail and F&B client environments. The role is full-time, on-site in Karachi and requires travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review POS camera footage daily Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, irregularities, theft, fraud, and procedural violations at POS terminals Prepare detailed daily and weekly audit reports of findings and observations Maintain working papers, dashboards, and documentation to support audit findings and follow-up Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and reports Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards Undergo training and, after training, monitor an assigned set of stores during probation Job Specification : Must-Have Fluency in English (written and verbal) Strong report-writing skills Excellent attention to detail High integrity and professionalism Available for full-time on-site work in Karachi Other Fresh graduates and experienced candidates encouraged to apply Willingness to travel as required
