Job Description : Company: BPO Solutions PVT LTD Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Research and Lead Generation Executive to join our on-site team in Lahore. The role supports lead generation, recruitment resourcing, data management and digital marketing projects. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Conduct web-based research to identify prospects and candidates using effective search strings and keywords. Source leads and candidates from online platforms and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, directories). Format, review, and standardize CVs/resumes per client or internal guidelines. Perform accurate data entry, cleansing, validation and formatting for leads, candidates, and research datasets. Maintain and update CRM, Excel, and database records; organize and analyze collected data into required formats. Identify reliable online sources for research and document findings clearly. Support digital marketing, online and market research tasks. Job Specification : Must-have: Strong internet research skills, including advanced search operators and keyword strategies. Good written and reading English with clear reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable with spreadsheets and CRMs. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms for sourcing leads and candidates. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to learn digital marketing basics, lead generation processes and recruitment resourcing techniques.
